Highwood Estates

Highwood Estates is an enchanting community nestled on the west side of lake Koshkonong (in Albion,WI).
As a neighborhood we boast of beautiful grounds, a plentiful beach, well loved clubhouse, access to various amenities, and pride amongst residents.

Highwood 4th of July Parade

• Kids-Decorate Bikes, Scooters, Wagon etc. Please email/call Barb Carbone by June 29th if you would like a Decorating Kit on July 4th. These are being supplied by Highwood to Kids only Free of Charge

• Adults-Golf Carts/ATV’s You Responsible for your own decorations, decorate at home or at the Clubhouse
• Meet at 9:30 AM at The Clubhouse to Decorate
• 11 AM-Neighborhood Parade will start at the Clubhouse and go through the neighborhood lasting 30 minutes or so and will end back at the Clubhouse.

Upcoming Meetings:

If a Resident wishes to discuss any issue, it is requested that you let the Board know in advance that you would like to present/speak. You will be allowed 3 minutes to direct your question or statement, so as to give others a chance to speak as well as respect all present’s time.
